Deliberate Strength marks the beginning of my Oracle Series. Oracles were once a source of wisdom and advice. This Oracle Series evolved out of my Palm Frond Series, based on the fronds of the Hala, the Chinese Fan, and the Palmetto Palm trees.

For months I felt a feminine force wanting to break through the fronds I had been painting. Here she appears in all her dignity. Her title, Deliberate Strength, speaks to the wisdom held within her presence. She flies upon the winds, imparting her knowledge along the way. Most of us could use a bit of “deliberate strength” in our lives from time to time; my hope is that she will help you find yours. Breathe in her essence, embrace her strength; make her strength your own.
