My Inner Wise Self and Me, Part 1
Open yourself up to the possibility of something greater, of something more.
Why Paint?
Paint to relax, to clear your mind, to open your eyes, to see more of the world around you, to unwind, to enjoy more of life, to refresh your spirit, to give you a stable footing in the world, to round out your life, to have FUN.
Simply Paint.

Painting to Enhance the Light

Rooted Deeply, Rising Higher
Good habits are golden! It takes 21–28 consecutive days to “deeply root” a habit into our psyche. If you’ve been doing something for 20 days and then you skip a day, you have to start over at day one!
I skipped two days of a new habit I’d hoped to make permanent this week. Darn it!
