The bottom portion of this painting illustrates the energy cycle we face when we procrastinate doing something we are afraid to do or just don’t want to do.

Dread, fear, and inertia (“D/F/I”) dance maniacally round and round in our body, eating up precious moments, consuming time and energy. This part of the cycle can be long or short; it depends upon how comfortable you are feeling “D/F/I.”

Suddenly we become aware of this crazy “do-si-do” going on in our brain (and stomach) and we “stop the music,” we take action. Action moves us into the top part of the painting where our energy is flowing freely once more and we feel better.

This painting acts as a reminder to help move you out of procrastination and into new, fresh energies more quickly.
