Ulu: Seeds of Sharing Triptych*

Ulu: Seeds of Sharing Triptych*

from $120.00

Sturdy Ulu Trees dot the landscape of Hawai`i. Also known as breadfruit, these trees play a large role in Hawaiian Lore. Given to the islanders by the God Ku, legend has it that they only produced fruit when the ulu was shared. If it was simply picked without permission, the tree vanished underground.

When ‘ulu is treated as a gift given with aloha, there is more than enough for everyone to feast! Sharing can be both a small yet large thing in life.
