These plumeria are known as Rainbow Plumeria because the blossoms hold so many of the colors of the rainbow: pink, yellow, orange, and white. Rainbows are magical and frequent in paradise. The trade winds carry the moisture from the ocean, causing gentle rains when it hits the mountains. The sun often smiles on the islands during these showers, creating our beautiful rainbows.

As a child, did you ever chase a rainbow, looking for the pot of gold at the end? Rainbows are prevalent throughout the mythology. Often they symbolize a bridge between the heavens and earth and certainly they are a pathway for our imagination to take flight.
